Yoga Classes
Karen’s classes are open to students with all levels of yoga experience. Her clear alignment instructions enable students to experience a range of postures safely. Classes are theme-based, and include life-affirming yoga philosophy, meditation and breathing techniques. Karen’s classes offer empowerment, fun, support and the opportunity for deeper self-knowledge.
Private Instruction
Karen offers both private and health-related sessions. In private sessions Karen helps students with any aspect of their yoga practice that they wish to refine, learn more about or adapt to their particular circumstances. These sessions may include a focus on breathing and meditation practice, as well as on the physical practice of yoga.
In health-related sessions, Karen uses her extensive knowledge of the human body, alignment, breathing and meditation, to help improve students health and well-being. Each session is customized for each student, depending on their needs and limitations.
